Exchange Policy / Returns
Have you ordered a wig or hairpiece and found that it's not quite the colour or style expected? Well, there's no need to worry since at Wigs-R-Us, we can offer an exchange for any unworn, undamaged wig.
If the new wig/hairpiece is a higher value then you will be charged the difference, whereas if you choose a less expensive item as the replacement then we will make up the difference by including styling products or accessories of your choice.
You, the customer, will be responsible for all shipping & delivery charges. All returns must be in saleable condition, unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all labels still attached. Goods must not smell as if worn with smells such as alcohol, cigarettes or perfumes. If there is any discrepancy then we reserve the right to return the wig to you.
Please remember that human hair wigs require final cutting & styling by your own stylist before being worn. We regret that we cannot accept a wig for return once it has been altered by anyone other than our specially trained stylists so if you are unhappy with your human hair wig, please remember that it must be returned in an intact condition. (Don't forget, we offer reasonably priced styling of human hair wigs at our Southport hair centre).
All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Before returning an item for exchange, you must first request a returns form by emailing returns@wigsrusltd.com.
All returns must be delivered to Wigs-R-Us within 10 days of original receipt.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for worn wigs and exchanges are at our discretion. (Your statutory rights are not affected. You have the right to cancel your order & return unused goods for a full refund within 7 days)
